Role Summary

We are seeking a Young Adult Pastor to provide
spiritual leadership and pastoral care to the
congregation, with a particular focus on young adults.

The successful candidate will lead worship, preach,
counsel members, officiate marriages, and lead youth
development and community outreach programmes, in line
with the doctrines of the Redeemed Christian Church of God.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• 
  Leading Christian worship
• 
  Counselling members in line with the
  Christian doctrines of the RCCG
• 
  Preaching during Sunday services
  and other programmes
• 
  Conducting marriages and counselling
  married couples
• 
  Leading young adult development programmes
  and community outreach services
• 
  Such other related duties as may be assigned

Person Specification

• 
  Certificate showing proof of structured
  training from a Bible school or Church body
• 
  Demonstrable experience preaching,
  leading worship and providing pastoral counselling
• 
  Sound knowledge of, and commitment to,
  Christian doctrine and RCCG practices
• 
  Experience working with young adults
  and community outreach programmes
• 
  Willingness to undergo an enhanced
  DBS safeguarding check
• 
  Strong spoken and written English
